Our professional Dynasty Series 9" Annihilator cleaver is a multi-purpose instrument designed to truly excel at hacking and cleaving in one chop. Its amazingly sharp, precision-forged, beveled blade allows for effortless use as a kitchen or butcher cleaver for easily hacking through large cuts of meat. Ferociously sharp & made from ThyssenKrupp German 1.4116 Stainless Steel for greatly enhanced corrosion & rust resistance. This 9" steel titan amongst cleavers weighs in at 2.9 pounds and is 6mm thick. The Annihilator’s stunningly gorgeous military-grade G10 fiber-resin handle features an elegant laser-etched end-cap counterbalance, and its seamless construction keeps it sanitary and hygienic (and perfect for busy chefs and kitchens). An excellent item to have in the kitchen.
I love Kessaku knives. Always stays sharp. I love cooking and this knife comes handy when cutting thru bony parts of meat. The name for it”annihilator massive butcher knife” speaks for itself!
