I like to make soups. I don't lately eat too much bread, but I like bread, if it's not made of grains. I like onions, and I like veggies that are not keto. I may profess to be on a passive , assertive, keto diet. But all I cook, I add a touch of kerrygold.

The best brand of butter I ever used. I use it at breakfast, to cook rice, also mix it with sunflower oil when cooking other dishes, cakes etc. It is very delicious and gives a nice flavor and taste to rice. Its price has been climbing up as other food products.

Can't live without this butter. I've lived in the US for over forty years and I used to yearn for the good butter I had growing up. Try this on hot buttered toast or instead of mayo for some sandwiches (think garden tomatoes or cucumber or salmon). You won't be disappointed. Well worth paying more for such superior quality. Best import from Ireland with maybe the exception of Guinness.
