The tires I purchased was what I was expecting, it's crazy I have to order on line and can't walk in store and purchase them, was my only problem, other then having to pay for all the whistles and bells , it used to be when you go and purchase new tires it was all part of your purchase, but things change, you want it pay for it !!!!

I had purchased two of the very same Kelly tires from WM at the Washington, NC location about three years ago. I needed two more. The tires presented great service, had lasted an adequate number of miles. I was satisfied. I also equipped my **** CRV with WM purchased and installed tires although not from this location. When I found tires at Amazon, same brand, same size, they cost less (small amount). I still would have bought from WM though because of the installation service.

It was exactly what I wanted, with zero hassle. It was on sale so the price was fair, the shipping was fast! Service was above expectations. The local tire shops didn't want to order my tire that was damaged in a collision that wasn't my fault and my other three tires were still in good condition with 11/32 of tread so I absolutely love the fact that I was able to get a matching tire and such a quick amount of time and have it be exactly what I want for a good price!
