I Loved It
I’ve been following Keto now for awhile and this cereal was finally one I enjoyed. At the beginning it comes off strong but then transform into a slightly sweet, cinnamon flavor. The texture changes to being a bit dry at the end of the bite. I’ve enjoyed these with almond milk and as a dry snack. Compared to another brad I tried, these are superior. The price point is a bit extreme but other than that I would recommend this cereal to others.

Given the nutrition profile, this is a great option for cinnamon lovers. Sure, it's not like Cinnamon Toast Crunch, but you're eating this for the excellent macros and a solid taste. If you try to see this as a competitor to "regular" sugary cereal, just skip this and move on.

I wanted to try it, zero sugar sounded great, andI love cinnamon.... I ate a few pieces with out milk. Thought it was alright. I poured the milk in..... it was absolutely disgusting. For $8 i Thought it would and should be worth it. Better off getting corn flacks or kix and added Splenda to it. Waste of money.
