Love, but missing my morning go to.
After having gastric sleeve surgery 19 months ago and having to eat high protein this cereal has made this much easier. It has been my go to breakfast most mornings until I recently ran out. I have searched everywhere trying to buy some and actually reached out to Kelloggs. The assured me it hasn't been discontinued, but didn't give me any idea why it's gone or when it might be available again. I hope whatever the issue is it gets resolved quickly.

Jaw pain but it’s good for me
If you have TMJ or any other jaw issues this might not be the cereal for you. I don’t know how to explain it but the flakes are not light and crunchy like other Special K cereals. They are denser and require a lot more chewing so much that my TMJ acted up after eating one bowl. On the bright side i probably burned extra calories just chewing this cereal. The taste is good not too sweet and more hearty than regular Special K. Also turns your milk chocolatey bcz some of the flakes are dusted with cocoa or chocolate powder. I would by this again once I rest up my jaw.
