This is a great Cereal for breakfast, look at all the Vitamins and the Rough Ridge it offers, to your health. You can add some Strawberries, or Apples, etc. The first Bite of fresh fruit, with Kellogg 's All Bran Cereal is refreshing and delicious. You can purchase fruits by the Bag or individually. It's great either way.

These actually look like something you'd feet a pet rabbit or maybe clean up after a pet rabbit BUT you can not eat them for upping the fiber in your diet. I can't recommend eating them for breakfast (or ever) as a plain old bowl of cereal. However, I absolutely recommend adding a scoop to your yogurt, sprinkle some on a bowl of fruit with a little honey or even sprinkle some on ice cream for some healthy crunch. Most people don't get nearly enough fiber in their diet and I find this a much better alternative than any of the fiber supplements on the market.
