I am 50, not dead

I was excited to purchase this dvd. I have just gotten back into exercising and, surprise, Jillian Michaels is a bit harder at 50 than it was at 45 so I figured I'd try a workout formulated for my poor, aching body. Unfortunately, I only made it 20 minutes into this dvd before I was forced to stop it. The first 15 minutes are talk--fast forward to a very slow warm up. Then a complete stop, so she can explain exercise to me? Not necessary. I do not want to stop exercising every few minutes to fast forward past chit-chat, or worse stand there and listen to it. I am very disappointed and will definitely not be buying any more of the series.
