Katz does gluten free right. These snack cakes are delicious straight out of the freezer, or properly thawed. They're moist and have great texture, and are so tasty! It's so hard to find really great gluten free treats, which is why I love Katz. I love every one of their baked goods I've tried, and out of these, they're all good, but the lemon absolutely slaps!

I actually purchased these as a gift to my great nephew. I have purchased them for him many times. He has stomach issues and has a very limited menu. These item's avoid ingredients that cause him issues. I feel bad for him because when other's his age are indulges in snacks he can not participate.
