All Katz products are excellent!! These do not disappoint. They are dairy and gluten free, but you won't know it. No weird texture or after taste issues. 5 stars because my gluten free 4 yo grandson loves these! I ordered them for his visit. My problem with this product is that it was ordered on my app %26 had to be shipped-it's a frozen product that was shipped to me without a freezer pack so I had to throw the whole box away!!
