Be careful of "replacement for..."

I bought this battery because it was described as a direct replacement for my phone's battery pack. My phone's battery pack contains three AA batteries. This replacement contains three AAA batteries. It will fit in the phone because it's smaller, and the voltage is the same. However, battery size is based on load. Using AAA batteries will produce much shorter run time. It isn't worth sending them back, so I'll see if the runtime is long enough to be useful.
