These are easily repositioned and yet do not move around after you put them in place. So far they are not holding dirt and are safer than the bare wood I placed them on. I used to slip on the stairs after a small bit of rain outside but not with these. I had enough for all the stairs plus one extra, which I placed on the wooden landing inside the door for extra traction on wet shoes. The dark brown ones I got have a simple pattern that gives the stair runners just a little bit of flair and adds to the appearance of the previously plain wood.

These things are AWESOMESAUCE 😁 After I ordered them, I received them in 48 hours 😁 They were very easy to apply, and they have a light adhesive on the back, making them stay in place nicely. If you need to adjust them, they can easily be pulled up. My staircase has 15 stairs, and the package has 15 treads. I chose brown to complement my taupe walls. The installation only took me about 30 minutes to complete 😁
