Great protein and fiber!
This is the best way to start the day. 10 g of protein and 9 g of fiber. This keeps you full for the day before lunch time. I like the chocolate flavor too, it's like cocoa pebbles in flavor. I can see myself eating this every weekday before work. My only gripe is it's a lot to chew through. It can get tedious to eat with all the chewing you have to do. My suggestion is to follow the serving size which is 2/3 cup. Especially since this cereal is potent in fiber in a serving. This cereal is pretty costly, but it's worth it with the nutrients it provides in the morning.

Kashi just changed the size of their box from Family Size to a small box. Then the bag is only half full. It is also more expensive than the other cereals. But, I like that it has protein in it and I like the taste and crunch.
