Love this grill. So many different set ups and uses. Comes up to temperature so much faster than my visions grill. It's just a pleasure to use.

If you're just getting into BBQ, don't be intimidated by the ceramic style—this thing makes it easier, not harder. The heat holds steady like an oven, so you're not babysitting the fire every 10 minutes. I've smoked ribs low and slow for 6 hours, seared steaks at 700°, and even baked pizza on it. Everything comes out with that wood-fired flavor that's impossible to fake. The divide-and-conquer system lets you cook multiple ways at once, one side hot and fast, the other low and slow. It's like having two grills in one. Build quality is rock solid. The lid feels balanced, the seals are tight, and the rolling cart makes it easy to move around even though it's heavy. It's not cheap, but the value is there because it replaces a smoker, a grill, and even an oven. If you're on the fence, this grill makes you look like a pro from day one. Highly recommend it.
