Excellent!
The capsule size is normal. The packaging is ordinary. It's hard to say the quality. My hair didn't get any better. I didn't notice any special moisturizing of my skin either.

High Dose
I take vitamin E from various sources and at varying dose levels. I mix the different types and dosages, taking them randomly on a daily basis. I bought this product because the basic d-Alpha Tocopherol form of E was absent from my mix. I also chose it for its high 1,000 IU level of antioxidant action.
