This laptop arrived very fast was almost completely up to date for microsoft and very easy to modify any settings to our liking. Controls are easy to use and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a nice laptop. Also the memory and hard drive size are more than needed for what we need also the price was a wonderful deal.

Im experiencing a very many gliches and issues with this laptop. One of the windows 11 updates is not installing, and settings keeps crashing. Also im not able to reset the computer for some reason.
