Instructions easy to follow, went together without issues. Looks beautiful and really puts out a lot of heat! Very happy with this fireplace. The remote is nice and it also has a little door with the operating buttons so not totally dependent upon the remote. It did arrive with one corner of the mantle scratched up some. I'm pretty sure I didn't bang it while unpacking as I was very careful. While disappointing, I'm sure my grandkids and even I may ding it up some eventually, so will just touch it up so it's not so visible. I'd absolutely order again!
