Going by the nutrition label, I think these are pretty healthy. The polyunsaturated and monounsaturated fat amouts are somewhat impressive. I can pronounce almost all of the ingredients and the sodium is not a humongous amount. The KIND Peanut Butter Banana Dark Chocolate breakfast protein bars are delicious! Two packs are my go-to breakfast!

I used to buy the Kind Peanut %26 Almond Bars, when I saw these on the shelves and notice through the packaging that they were soft, which I confirmed when I arrived at home. OMG These are the best protein bars that the Kind Company could have invented. I highly recommend.

Yummy (if you like banana because you'll taste it)
These are actually really good and they're gluten-free. I'm not gluten-free person, but I still like cutting down on unnecessary grains. I can eat one of these in the morning and be full till well past lunch. And overall, it's pretty cheap versus buying them individually.
