All natural and tastes great!
I was first introduced to these bars on one of the television shopping channels...I watched but didn't buy them. Then I saw them in Wally World and decided to give them a try. They were outstanding. They taste great and are filling. There is nothing in them that you wouldn't want to eat. Puritan's prices are even cheaper than their website, so you can't beat it.
