Great for ceiling patches

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Kilz Upshot Primer works great on ceilings and makes priming the ceiling surface easy, while avoiding common messes that occur when patching and/or painting ceilings. Covers light to moderate staining (dried stains) well, sticks to newly textured surfaces well, and has minimal overspray. I've used inside for ceiling repairs and outside for covered patio ceiling that was retaped & textured, then primed with Upshot and painted.

Honestly, we were not looking forward to this part of our renovation. We needed to cover a painting on the ceiling under a ceiling fan. This product made the job so easy and you would be hard pressed to find any remaining paint under the KILZ. Very pleased with the outcome.
