KILZ 3 Premium Interior/Exterior Multi-purpose Water-based Wall and Ceiling Primer ( 1-gallon )

i have very dark paneling and I definitely needed stain blocking primer before I could paint over it. This brand never fails to do a fantastic job!! Walmart has the best price and can deliver it right to your door. The only thing is that it needed a good stirring before you use which was a bit tedious. i love how they now use plastic lids for the can which eliminates rusting and it's easier to clean so the lid stays tightly sealed. The primer goes on smoothly and all you need is one coat and it dries quickly so you can paint over it without a long wait. Easy brush wash up with soap and water! Excellent price and product so I highly recommend!

Works much better than the Kilz 2 version as a high hide primer. Definitely needed if painting over a medium to dark color.
