KILZ is my go-to primer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I clean& painted apartments for my landlord I used KILZ to primer the walls, celling & window seals. Never let me down. Everytime someone moved out I had to patch holes bleach mold then KILZ the ceiling,walls& window seals.

sealed some old paint and allowed me to paint over
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Outsatnding product! I needed to find a way to seal my window seat area. I had sanded it down as far as i could, but the paint kept peeeling back. I stripped off the paint again, applied this, never had an issue again.

Amazing moisture barrier on subfloors
