When we were installing, it took a long time to figure out how to use the ratchets, so possibly a user error, but the entire system itself is so fun and easy to manage! It has lasted us all year and my kids absolutely love it. Definitely would purchase again if we had another spot to put it.

The zip line is they're nice that the sea part of it is a little Cheesie. Just the plastic is kind of thin and it's really really hard. It would be better with a kind of a soft material but the zip line straps and stringing. Everything is very good for my five-year-old grandson weighs about 40 pounds. He enjoys it a lot.
