Ramp missing parts!

Ramp appears to be great but the main reason of purchase was the ability to travel with it. Ramp arrived and the lock for travel missing. I recd out and was given some run around, now they claim the lock parts will be sent. In all honesty will believe it when I see it. Communication is key and so far this company has failed.
