Product discolored, bad smells and scammy vibes
I'm not sure I can leave less than 1 star. I have a hard time believing this is an authentic product. I've used this shampoo/conditioner set for several years. I usually buy from the salon. In a pinch I ordered via Walmart through this seller. Items were significantly delayed in shipping time. What arrived was very off in both smell and color. A strong chemical smell from the much darker than usual conditioner and the shampoo smelled like a bottle of food grade vanilla extract had been added to the product. I reported my concerns to Walmart and was given a return barcode but no confidence in the products or seller themselves. I am returning these products and ordering through my salon.
