I bought this alternating pressure mattress for my husband's side of our adjustable split king bed to help heal his current pressure wounds %26 hopefully prevent future pressure wounds. It was easy to set up - the instructions were very easy to follow. It's working great and his pressure wounds are improving. The high pressure settings are too uncomfortable for his current wounds so he keeps the setting at 2 or lower. We're so glad we purchased this item.
