I have a rotator cuff tear on my right shoulder, and this brace really helps when im working. I can tell the difference between when I wear it and when I dont. My only gripe is I need someone help to tighten it you have to pull the straps from the front to the back to get a good tight fit versus pulling from the back like with other braces I've used.
