DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER - STILL WAITING 4 RESPONSE
The product, KAZUNA eTalk F119 4GB Flip Phone, is a replacement for the one (same model) a broke the hinge on. My problem is it was an open box and I thot it was supposed to be new (unopened). There was no SIM card and the charging plug had been switched for a side plug. I received it on the 13 Dec 2024 and I notified WALMART of the situation. I got an immediate reply from WALMART that the seller had been notified and I would receive a response within 48 hrs. One week later STILL NO RESPONSE.
