You'll notice that the K&H Heated Bed may not feel warm to the touch when your pet is not on the pad. THIS IS NORMAL! Our products are designed to only warm when your pet is lying in the bed. You can test the pad by placing a large pillow on top of the bed. After about 20 minutes, feel under the pillow. It will feel warm, not hot. If you feel warmth, the product is working as designed. For use with 110/120 volt electrical current only.
Fabric Care Instructions
Remove cover from heated pad. Machine wash cover only, separately. Mild detergents, no bleach. Cold water, gentle cycle. Air or line dry, or tumble dry on lowest setting. Dry completely before use.

Nice quality and easy to assemble! Would buy again
I have purchased two of these for out two cats. The cats took right to them and are in them all the time. They are indoor/outdoor cats so we bought the houses with heaters. They seem to love the houses. The house is really easy to assemble and can be painted if you prefer but they look nice as-is. They are made of quality birch cabinet grade plywood and I highly recommend this house for your outdoor cat.

Cozy kitty house
The birch wood manor was easy to assemble. Think it took 10mins tops and required just a screw gun. Our outdoor cats love the house and the warming pad. Not all the connections are air tight so we plan to caulk before winter and reinforce the door Velcro attachments. If you have hesitant cats you might want to take one of the doors off. That worked well for our scaredy-cat.
