It is a good product and I've used it before. However, it's getting my hair darker than normal and it's supposed to be for lighter hair. That is the only reason I'm given it not a great review. It lathers nicely. It's a good product and I've used the shade quite a few times. My hair is brown to light brown not dark brown to black.
