Wonderful egg product . I never knew in the beginning it was plant based . I was looking for as the name used to be called just egg . I wasn't needing the extra fats from cow cheese and pig meat . Best surprise and haven't looked back from this choice two years strong !

The best, so close to the "Real Thing"

As an egg-less vegetarian with a deep love for breakfasts, the day I discovered Just Egg was like my birthday and Christmas all in one. Great umami taste. It has gotten a lot, a LOT more expensive since then, maybe 4 years ago. Walmart still has a fair price, but still pricey, for just 4 slices. I wish they would carry the liquid version as well. Great for egg drop in Ramen, making your own omelets and scrambled eggs.
