Honestly we really enjoyed it.
I’m honestly not sure where the bad reviews are coming from. The instructions were weird on the back. It never rose either time but it still turned out great. I used parchment paper to roll it out and shape it. Just use the whole bag and double the recipe to make two 12” pizzas. I cooked them on our pizza pizzazz for 18 min as directed. They were delicious.

I really liked the product, personally I can't eat gluten, and I've been struggling to find a baking mix that works this well and that doesn't smell or taste like cauliflower. I followed the recipe, and it worked just fine, and it's pretty simple. Really recommended!
