Honestly, I would say these are as advertised. They are fairly good at stretching. I'm like an XL to a 2xl and they're very comfortable. They don't have an extremely big stretch though. These are probably better for wearing underneath a skirt or dress. The thighs and legs themselves have a good stretch, but the waistband area is a bit tight fit.

I love tights in the winter, and for awhile there, stores had a great selection. They've gotten harder to find, and I'm so glad I found these. they are reasonably priced and super stretchy. They have a fairly loose weave, so be careful not to snag them on buckles, etc. but they are super warm!
