I do not have an issue with the product in general. The battery could have been designed to come out and go in easier. Mt problem was, I order two for Christmas. The add said that I would receive them in two days in time for Christmas. On came in time. The other showed up two weeks after Christmas. Do not over promise to get us to buy for the holidays, when you know you cannot deliver.
