Very nice size for 3-6, possibly 7 year olds; any older this is way to little; the balls are very small but that is nice for the little kids to handle; seems sturdy enough and has a good range of height adjustment; only takes about 20-25 pounds of sand (they don't tell one this) and be sure to buy a funnel for the sand; easy to put together; I'd recommend for the little kids
