Insure the seed is for your area. Preparation for this seed is important. Thatch or rake the surface then dampen the soil before spreading the seed. Re-water after spreading and ensure to keep the ground damp not allowing it to dry out for at least 2-3 weeks. Once it reaches about 3-4 inches lightly mow and water after mowing.

Great so far! I renovated part of my yard that gets lots of son all day long. I put down the seed in November and covered it with peat moss and it was sprouting in 7-10 days. It's come in so nice and thick so far, I am really impressed. I live in NC so we will see how it does it the heat of the summer but I am really happy with it and plan to buy more and use it for my whole yard for overseeding next year! Great purchase, best price around and arrived in just a few days!
