'When you want a bit more to your bite than the usual smooth grind to have a more toothsome bite %26 chew, this Bratt is for you. Reminds me of the sausage my Mama's Cajun cousins %26 uncle used to make! Well worth the $$$! We cut the links into 1/2"-3/4" pieces for our meatballs in spaghetti sauce... YUM!

Best fast easy meal to love

When I am too busy or too lazy to cook, these sausages are perfect for lunch or dinner. I put them in my toaster oven and air fry them at 385F for 23 minutes and they are done. A slice of my favorite bread folded to hold the sausage like a hotdog and adding my favorite Taco Bell creamy chipotle sauce. Can't be more perfect and satisfying than that.

!!esagI really enjoyed about everything about this product. the ONLY thing i could not enjoy was its tough skin !! :(. the flavors and texture were really quite good. i believe this sausage could be a great addition to pizza. however i would take it out of its casing before adding to a pizza !!! adding onions and sweet peppers could be a must with this yummy sausage. in addition, if i were to use it in breakfast tacos, i would definitely remove the casing first. it's just too tough to allow real enjoyment !!
