A Favorite Grocery Item

This is a favorite grocery item that I purchase regularly. The Italian seasonings are perfect. I use the ground sausage for many things, from meatballs to meat sauce, meatloaf to sloppy joes, lasagna, too. One of my favorite meals is to make Italian sausage chili. It makes the best chili, IMHO. I've even used the ground sausage in breakfast casseroles. I'm happy that this sausage doesn't contain nitrites and nitrates. I highly recommend Johnsonville Mild Italian Ground Sausage.

We really enjoy this sausage for meatballs with spaghetti and pizza topping. I have occasionally used it as breakfast sausage with my eggs. If you like Italian sausage with your recipes I recommend this product. Love the taste. My daughter can be picky but she will eat her spaghetti when I make meatballs or sauce using this sausage. For prepackaged Italian Sausage, it is hard to beat, just wish the price was a bit more in my budget range. Got this as a home delivery substitute, less fat, better spiced than great value,, did buy it on a regular basis before prices out paced income and you make price or eliminate your choice. Thanks Walmart for reminding me of better days.
