Bottle Top Missing

The lotion itself is nice;but the bottle I received in delivery was missing its top. Just an opened bottle. Instead of issuing a refund. Was told to bring bottle to store. If I could have made it to the store , I wouldn't have had item delivered. 🤔. Thank you

Very Very Disappointed :(

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used this baby lotion since I was a baby and have loved and used this product daily. I have very sensitive skin and this is the only lotion that works to keep me moisturized and not leave my skin a mess. But then this new 2025 formula comes out and I hoped it would be similar to the old formula but boy was I wrong. Not only has the feel of the lotion changed, but the smell and quality have as well. It is now super sticky until it drys down, which took quite a while, the smell is super baby powdery and is very overwhelming. Plus, call me crazy but my skin feels dryer as if I hadn't put anything on. Johnsons, why change one of your BEST products? If it ain't broke don't fix it. I will not be buying or recommending this to anyone unless the old formula comes back. :(

Dissatisfied

I bought this "new" formula. I HATE IT! I have been using j&j products since I was a kid. I'm 44 and still use the lotion. I love the old formula. Please bring it back. This new formula has a rough feel to it. While applying it to your skin. It also jas a sticky feeling until its completely dry. The smell is off. It doesn't moisturize my skin like the old formula. Please get rid of this crappy new formula and bring back the old stuff. I bought the biggest bottle to and I'm abt to toss it in the trash. Very disappointed. DONT BUY THE NEW FORMULA!
