One pump and then rub hands together and rub hands through hair. I also used this as. Heat protector I used my hair dryer and straight away I noticed my hair was less frizzy and looked sO glossy and less dull. So impressed and will defiantly continue to buy and use

Ive been using it after washing my hair by simply using 1 pump and rubbing it between my palms then gentle running my fingers through the lengths of my hair. I found my hair more manageable and smoother (less frizz) once I blow dried my hair. My hair looked glossy and smooth for 2 days after using this. The bottle is a good size and will last a while as only a small amount is needed.
