John Frieda Anti Frizz Shampoo for Damaged and Frizzy Hair, Paraben and Phthalate Free, 10.1 oz

I received my shampoo but the tubes were not that full a lot of the product spilled ou because off very poor packaging. The customer service told me to return product and then they would send me another order ,they sent me the return labels. I called back and I told customer service how about if I keep the shampoos and credit me half the money back. So Angel the customer service told me she would refund me the full amount and I can keep the half empty 5 tubes of shampoo. I said thank you and you were very kind to do that. Let's hope that this will not repeat again. My 5 tubes of conditioner were just fine but it was sheer luck they did not open and leak because they did not have any protection. Ange the customer service agent was an excellent customer service representative. Thank you
