Sent the wrong size, Hesitate on refunding me

I ordered a size Small jumpsuit and was sent a 2XL, which is four sizes larger than what I ordered. When I contacted customer service, they admitted they sent larger sizes “on purpose” due to sizing complaints, without informing me beforehand. I made it clear I could not wear it and requested a full refund. They tried to offer me a partial refund and told me to give the item away or donate it. I still asked for a full refund and returned the item as instructed, but I only received a partial refund of $24.14 out of the $35.08 I paid. I followed every step, returned the item, and still ended up shorted. Extremely disappointed in how this was handled. Be cautious ordering from here, especially if you need accurate sizing or expect a full refund for incorrect orders.
