Damage Product %26 Doesn't Refund Money

I bought a tri-pod witch cauldron from Jikolililili on Sept. 9th, 2023, received it on Sept. 18th damaged and returned it to the local Walmart on Sept. 19th. I was given a Fedex tracking %23 from the Walmart store because I would be refunded once the product was received at their warehouse. They received the product on Sept. 28th, 2023 and I still have yet to be refunded my $36.44 from Jikolililili. I've contacted Walmart 8 times to get a different story each %26 every time. It is Oct. 22nd, 2023 and NO REFUND. I would advise you not to buy anything from Jikolililili!!!
