This is a hidden gem on the Walmart site and worth the full price. It is a true maxi with smocking in the back for a snug fit. There is a subtle metallic thread running throughout. The dress is an empire waist with ruffles, balloon sleeves and hits the floor for me and I am 5'5" and usually a size 6 or 8. I ordered the small. Fits great. Regular bra. Very feminine. Highly recommend.
