Buy a Honeywell for peace of mind. The cheap thermostat the hvac repairman installed did not turn on the heater furnace. I purchased this based on using this brand reliable before. This wires up pretty easy and has clear instructions. Make sure the wires do not touch each other and stay separated. This thermostat cycles my a/c and heat like clock work. Very good product and well made plastic housing frame on this unit. The display lcd is very bright geen and clear and easy to read. The buttons are simple and the programming is easy, which is the best feature of this thermostat. Good value and reliable product.
