When traveling, take two (2) capsules daily (one (1) in the morning and one (1) at night) throughout the trip. Best results if started two to three days prior to travel. this was recommended by my doctor after i started experiencing bloating and constipation. It didnt matter what I ate, either solids or soups. But this did help. I have had this problem for just over a year after hernia surgery and i have tried many differents medications. Prescriptions did not help, but this over the counter drug did. It is a little expensive but it's equal to the cost of the 3 RX medications I took before.
