Vollrath Spoon Spatula

I have one that I bought 15+ years ago through a supply business for a deli I worded for. I use it (literally) every day and recently bought 2 more, so I'm never without a clean one. I highly recommend this item as it's not only heat resistant, but holds up well after many trips through a dishwasher, and the handle is very resistant to breakage from banging on the side of a pan. Mine doesn't even have a chip in it.
