Hanes Total Support Pouch...for Pygmies!

The Hanes Total Support Pouch is NOT a pouch, unless you have tiny testicles that are hummingbird huevos sized. Like all Hanes, they are built well, though they run small. The size guide says M is 34". I wear 34/35 inch waisted pants and fortunately picked the L, which indicated 37 1/2 waist, thinking they would be not super snug and the standard elastic waist wouldn't pinch. These fit tighter than other brands I have with a true 34 inch waist.
