For Total Health And Men's Health!!!
As of today (9-8-16) this is the very best Ashwaghanda in the market and it has the very best extract in it: KSM-66!! Ashwaghanda has some excellent benefits which you can check in the internet and they are many. Also, this particular KSM-66 extract has some wonderful benefits for men with plenty of research behind it. Check it out!! I take two capsules at bedtime with a small protein snack. It is amazing and highly recommended!!

It works!
I can recommend this product, as I know it works, by my personal experience. I found I needed a stronger dosage of the sensoril ashwaganda (which Swanson does not have) so I looked for and found Jarrow Ashwaganda. This way, I only take one and get the dosage I require.

Great product
Great product, quality brand name. Stronger, concentrated dose form of KSM-66 ashwagandha; has the potential to be a little much for a few people and possibly cause jitteriness or similar overstimulating symptoms, but others need a strong Ashwagandha product.
