It is made from the same materials that were used for the original factory part. Making this a genuine OEM product. Made from stainless steel, these screws are threaded and are meant to lock in place and keep a tight hold for most of the key components. These are needed for the cleaners to effectively operate the way they were designed for by Zodiac. There are two of these screws that are meant to lock and hold the direction control devices (side B and side A) into the body panels both (side A and side B).
