Now these chips are kettle cooked so they are very hard. Harder than other kettle chips I've tried. They are really good. A good pleasant jalapeño taste. Not hot. Perfect about of spice. Healthier than regular chips. First bite I wasn't sure if I liked them but I tried again and after the 3 rd bite I was hooked. I went back and bought more and the barbecue kind. I wish there was more in the bag .
